Superb on baked fish all’isolana, shellfish, vegetable soups, omelettes. It is ideal with truffle dishes such as tartare all’alba, tagliolini with truffle, egg with truffle. Also ideal on preparations with cheeses such as fondue and soft dairy products, even slightly blue.

Tasting notes: Straw yellow with golden reflections.
Intriguing on the nose with notes of yellow peach, floral hints of rose and lime, small perceptions of spice attributable to nutmeg. Good harmony and balance on the palate thanks to the maturation of the grapes that allow it to lose that vegetal pungency typical in the early harvests of this vine
