Seafood dishes, red shrimp, tuna tartare, horse mackerel, mackerel – or Catalan and soups. Excellent for sauced first courses and the good typical pasta with tomato sauce. Perfect with cured meats with a good fat component such as pancetta, guanciale, soppressata. Delicious with the very difficult combination of liver with onions.

TERRE DI PISA ROSATO D.O.C.

Tasting notes: Pale antique pink color. The first olfactory impact is clearly fruity dominated by a pulpy scent of Marchiana cherry, Sangue di Drago plum and hints of strawberry. Light perceptions of rose petal and mineral flavor. In the mouth, the good structure is surprising, tempered by a sustained acidic backbone. Satisfying finish of good length for the type of wine.
